   At first I was skeptical about purchasing a refurbished phone. Not knowing what to expect out of it as I never have before. But to my surprise it was an excellent condition and works brand new. The only negative thing I’d have to say about it is the price was very expensive with it not being brand new.

   The phone came earlier than expected, and for it being refurbished, it was in excellent condition. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn’t want to spend the high price dollar amount for an apple because it’s just like getting a brand new one.

   First used phone was not working properly the speaker did not work, but the customer service at best buy was quick to help and returned the phone for me and ordered a replacement.
   The second use phone I received worked great, very happy with it
