   So disappointed. The scratches on the front and back of this phone are absurd. There’s a big knick in the metal framing. And to top it all off, the battery needs immediate replacing. Returning this phone to get my money back because this is trash.

   I wasn’t Anticipating the small size my son wanted an iPhone from the phone that he had originally but the iPhone came in much smaller. If I would have known I would not have spent the money! But that was my fault ,but the phone works well and it was in good shape for pre owned.

   It’s dishonest to sell this phone as unlocked while it’s not. I was gonna use this phone abroad that’s why I bought it because you said it’s unlocked. Once abroad, I found out it was network locked. totally disappointed. I trusted BestBuy but now I can see all you want is taking money from your customers on misleading advertisement ;
