I love it. It’s easy to use and has lots of storage. Takes decent pictures. This is my 2nd Motorola. On vacation and I’m happy I bought this phone on time. 1 month old phone I had bought before this one that I won’t mention the maker was putting my pics ready to delete without my authorization and I had to choose save. Was too time consuming and felt like I had to baby the phone monitoring it.

Overall it’s a great phone. It’s fast and very sufficient. I also love the finger print scanner being on the front of the phone due to my acrylic nails lol

Got this to replace my newly purchased, and returned, Google Pixel 7a. At $250 new, I thought how bad can it be? Wow, was I surprised!!!
I have had it for three days now, and I’m stunned at how great this phone … I’ve had no issues at all!
The GREAT:
– Fingerprint sensor is solid, hits every time! Same with Face
Unlock – both options are pretty much flawless.
– Moto software is nice with a ton of customization options;
hardly any bloatware. Stock android!
– The display @ auto refresh rate (up to 144hz) is
phenomenal! Crisp and bright! Auto-brightness great too!
– The 5000mah battery! Battery life is simply amazing! Two
day battery for me as a medium user! Charging the phone
0-100% took 70 mins. I used a Belkin 30w PPS/PD 3.0
since no charger came in the box.
– Wireless charging!
– Performance has been ultra fast – I’m not a gamer but this
MediaTek Dimensity 1050 flies!
– 8gb RAM is good enough, but the 256gb storage is nice!
– Light as a feather at just under 6oz!
– 5G is BLAZING! I use Mint Mobile and got the fastest
speedtest I’ve ever had @ 1124mbps … faster than my
wife’s iPhone 14 Pro!
The GOOD:
– Cameras are pretty good. The Pixels will beat it, but really
they’re quite solid which has surprised me honestly! OIS!
– Quite a few case options on Amazon to consider – I got the
Moto OEM Gray fabric case and it’s nice!!
– Gorilla Glass 3 on the front display only; not bad and it’s
still great protection, just older is all.
– Speakers are good, nothing to write home about but
serviceable.
– Haptics aren’t as good as the flagships out there but again
good enough so it doesn’t feel cheap but could be better
for sure!
The NOT-SO-GREAT:
– Plastic frame and back. Honestly doesn’t really bother me
but this phone’s regular price is $599, so I expect better
build quality at that price. It DOES NOT feel cheap and the
gradient Gray really looks fabulous outside the case!
– Only water repellent. Don’t take this bad boy swimming!
– No Wi-Fi calling on Mint Mobile here. Unacceptable seeing
as how Motorola confirms on their website in the specs
sheet that Wi-Fi calling is available on Mint for the new
$299 budget Moto G 5G 2023. To be fair, the Edge doesn’t
clarify that, but still!
– Still on Android 12, June 2023 security patch as of
7/30/2023. Unacceptable period. Android 14 is
imminent…this is the achilles heel of Motorola…everyone
knows it. Pay attention Motorola!!!
– No 30w charging brick. FAIL. Unacceptable.
Overall — This Motorola Edge is SO MUCH BETTER than my Google Pixel 7a was. The 7a had various software and other issues to include dropping my wi-fi connection constantly, automobile Bluetooth issues never seen before, SERIOUS overheating when doing simple tasks and the dreaded battery drain issue that’s plagued the series. After 7.5 iterations of Pixels, Google should just stop. Their phones are disasters.
This phone is a much better than the Pixel 7a and I couldn’t be happier! Give it a test drive! Though, wait for a sale!!

This device is perfect for my daily needs the phone have a 5,000MAL Battery , 8Gigs of ram The storage is 256GB And the ready for is very useful feature u can use it on a supported tv to stream and play your favorite games or view office work on a bigger monitor
It handles all my daily tasks with ease it supports NFC Payments u can also charge another device with it the Mediatek Dimensity 1050 is power efficient and lots of power to multitask
The call quality is pretty decent, the battery I can easily get 2 days of use I work a 12hr shift and the phone still have about 50-45% of battery life remain
The price range of the device is very reasonable and affordable I definitely recommend this device to anyone looking for a budget device it have lots of useful features that u can use to help u with your life tasks

I love my Motorola Edge 2022! I’m using it to mobile game at home while using my iphone for other personal & work related situations. The Dex Ready For System allows me to play Diablo 3 & my gundam games on my TV at home. I attach my xbox blue tooth controller. 8 gb ram & 2.5 ghz processor that accelerates my gameplay.

I dropped it maybe a foot before I even had it half activated and the screen shattered my moto g power I have dropped lots of time from higher that that with out a scratch so now I have a $400 phone with a big white line running thur the middle of the screen I mean I couldn’t believe it broke that easy while the cheaper phone could take a licking and keep on ticking get the cheaper phone it can take the hits better
