E-bikes are designed to remove many of the barriers that keep people from experiencing the joys of riding a bike. With the pedal assistance, you can climb steeper hills and pedal through difficult terrain with ease. The Yeti 160E E-Bike is the first E-MTB designed for racing. It comes with a brand new suspension platform, Sixfinity, that is developed specifically for the demands of an E-MTB. It brings unprecedented tunability, speed, and performance. This 160E comes with a TURQ-Series frame that uses 160mm of travel on the rear and 170mm of travel on the front. It comes with a Shimano EP8 motor and a 630Wh internal battery. The frame features a OneUp chain guide, internal cable routing, an in-frame water bottle mount, and integrated frame protection.
The T1 version of the Yeti 160E comes with a Shimano XT 12-speed drivetrain. This includes a cassette that has a hill-crushing 10-51T gear range that makes climbing and pedaling through rough terrain much easier. SRAM Code RSC hydraulic disc brakes provide superior stopping power so you can descend under control. DT Swiss EX1700 wheels are paired with Maxxis tires that can be set up tubeless for a smoother ride, better traction, and fewer flats. With the SRAM Reverb AXS dropper post, you’ll be able to wirelessly lift and lower your saddle with the press of a lever.
